Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are extending our return policy from 30 to 90 days
We have total confidence in all Esensi products. However, if for some reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a fair refund and exchange policy.
If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site that has been opened, you may return the item(s) for an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Any unopened products that you are unhappy with may be exchanged or refunded within 90 days.
Please be advised that prior authorisation is required on all returns. Any returns sent to us without authorisation cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of ESENSi.

Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received, But please allow up to 21 days for the return to be fully processed.
Late or missing refunds
If 21 days have passed and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Should an item arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 working days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange or refund for you. We regret that we are unable to acknowledge claims for damaged or faulty goods outside of this time.
Cancellation of an Order
If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than 15 days after delivery. Once you have notified us you then have a further 15 days to return the order to us.
